We currently ship using Canada Post Express post or higher.

We Ship on Mondays for domestic parcels. (Tuesday if there is a holiday)

We follow all Canada Post guidelines of shipping IE: you package must be label with it contents. ( we cannot guarantee a day of delivery. We can only go by what Canada post suggest is the day IE: 1 day delivery, two days or Three days)

In cold season a heat pack is used and we use insulated shipping container at a cost of $13 per box (including 72hour heat pack)

During the months of October to May we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled shipping date due to poor weather condition. you will be notified and it will be sent out the following week if conditions improve. You must also be home to receive your parcel. 3 day shipping during winter months must use priority 2 day shipping in order to keep the lag. you will be informed at the time of purchase.
Payment for the items purchased must be received in full before it is shipped. We allow installment but we will not ship until paid in full and all terms are no longer then 30 day.
We do not guarantee package that are left at the post office or you were not home to receive it.
Express post min requirement (2 day only) if not Priority must be selected ( 2 or 1 day)

you will always inform if 3 day express is covered as a lot can survive this during warm months.

you have 2 hours (after the tracking time stamp that it was received by you) to notify me via email with pictures of the packaging, spider and container it came in.

We reserve the right to ask you to ship the dead specimen back to us, at your expense.

If you are not home or have not made arrangement for some to be home to receive your package, you wave the replacement policy.

Please unpack asap, if it is not unpacked with in 1 hour of receiving it, you also wave the policy.

We will replace, when we can the dead item MINUS the shipping cost. This will need to be covered by you.

When a replacement cannot be met a credit for the amount spent (minus shipping) can be applied to another species or it will be refunded.

We are not responsible if the carrier loose your parcel

We are not responsible if the carrier delivery your parcel to the wrong address ( if correct address is on the package)

If you are interested in using any of our males for breeding we are open to that. Some basic guidelines we follow are:

If this is your request then shipping is 100% yours to cover both ways
If the male is killed you will have to cover the cost(unless stated).

I will always tell you the cost before a deal is made.This also includes tarantulas that are returned with missing legs or any damage to them.

You have one month to return them in good condition. unless another agreement is made.
I reserve the right to say no to loan at anytime.


I reserve the right to ask for a signed contract between both parties.


If I am asking I will follow what ever rules you have put in place but ask that you please send them in an email so it is clear before any transaction is made or I will expect your rules to be the same as mine.


Please respect that these are delicate creature and if you are really not dedicated to ensure that it is done in a safe manor that you do not attempt with a loan and ask to buy the male if you insist.

we always want to make sure our Tarantulas or any animals are going to a safe home.

we will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 with out parental consent.

we reserve the right to ask for photo I.D and with signature to verify age.


We also reserve the right to refuse a sale if age is in question.


Effective January 1st 2014 all online transactions will require an order form to be submitted that recognizes that you are aware of all potential risk involved when purchasing and keeping an arachnid as a pet and that you are 18 or over in age. You will also receive an invoice via email for all transactions made.
If you have parental consent please have them fill out the order form and are required to purchase it for you.

As we are dealing with live inventory all prices are subject to change without notice. If there is an ad with a different price, the price on the website will be taken as correct. We may be sold out of a particular item before we get a moment to update the list. We do apologies and try our best to avoid any conflict.
as some area have restrictions to on venomous animals please ensure yo know what your Cites By-laws are before purchasing.
at the Toronto reptile expo we are required to ask for Id and to keep a record for up to 6 months with your name, email and town you live in. This information will be kept private in accordance to any business laws and practices. we will also not be allowed to sell to anyone living in the City of Toronto. This does not need to be photo ID

  1. Hi! My first choice was an avic. Versacolor, and Im planning to order, since this is the first time I’ve seen them for sale.
    What payments do you accept? I’d prefer for pick up in Toronto – so I’d like to know exactly how much I should pay when ordering! Thanks!
